Animals dreams while dog-sitting

I stayed in a friend's house last night and baby-sat her dogs, and dreams of animals dominated the night:

• In the first one I kept trying to capture and tame a small wild cat (like a small lion).
• A dream where I'm on some type of tour bus, and visit areas that AFAIK only exist in my previous dreams. (At least part of this was a recurring dream.) This includes a long stretch of road, where I could predict what was coming up next, and tell the other people on the bus about it, and a small zoo that we stopped at.
• There was another dream involving a girl that reminded me of Shane from the L-Word, but I can't remember much of it right now. I was somewhere, and she drove up in a pickup truck. She was talking on her cell phone, but this dream was also animal-related, and that's the part I can't recall.

There were several other animal dreams during the night, but it's now 11 a.m., and I can't remember them all. I'm just amazed at how much this change in scenery impacted my dreams.
