"Estoy aqui"

Last week I was at a yoga retreat in Mexico, and the whole time I was there I kept repeating this phrase to myself, "Estoy aqui", which means "I am here". I don't know why I kept saying it, and it was getting to the point where I was driving myself crazy because this phrase kept coming up in my mind. I'd be walking down the road, and then say or think "Estoy aqui", and I finally started answering myself, "I know, I know, leave me alone".
